Skills and chances to grow is the most important to get a job in private and government sectors.INJAZ UAE implies that private sector can’t hire the Emirati, because they request high salary with flexible hours work. In live voting there are different reasons that help you to get a job. Another voting showed working in private sector better than government, because the can get more skills and better offers. Emirati have no enough information about development chances in private Companies. By mistake private sector though that the salary is the most important factor for Emirati. We have to do trainee programs for the youth and awareness them about private sector.
